I guess some of you are wondering if we are being doused with rain right about now. (There is a tropical storm in the Gulf if you aren't aware) It's really not too bad yet. We are expecting a lot more rain as the day goes on. It's more of a really big and long thunderstorm....nothing scary. There is nothing to watch on TV(I'm on the couch with my stupid knee...it's getting better, thanks) because all they want to show is news reporters standing in the rain. It is really comical. They have interrupted the regular programming and all they show is continuous loops of the radar scans. Ooooo....RAIN.
The hysteria has caused a run on canned goods at the store. I was just doing my regular grocery shopping yesterday, and it was a mad house at the store. Thank goodness for the Grocery Game because we could subsist for quite some time on just the stores in the pantry....not even touching the long-term food storage.
Rain is good though. It has been very dry here, so we could stand to get 5 or 6 inches....or more....

Hope you don't get flooded away. Sorry to hear about your knee, sounds like it hurts bad, sorry, maybe you need some down time and this is what the Lord has to do to get you to stand put once in a while. Hope you get better soon. Don't give up
